Directions (from the M4 - travelling from the east)

Exit the M4 at Junction 30 and join the A4232, follow signs for Cardiff (E).

At the roundabout take the turning for Cardiff (E) A4232. Go straight ahead. At the next roundabout take the turning for Old St Mellons A48/A48(m).

Take 1st exit off A48(M) onto the A48

Follow signs for St Mellons, Llanrumney, Trowbridge. turn right at roundabout onto Old St Mellons B4487 pass the Texaco garage on the right. Striaght through at the trafiic lights.

At the next roundabout take a left turn onto Llaneirwg Way and immediately right onto Greenway Road. Follow Greenway Road for approx 3/4 mile. Take the 5th left turning off Greenway Road onto Trowbridge Road.

Travelling down Trowbridge Road, you will pass Aberdaron Road and Dolgoch Close on your left and shortly after Dolgoch Close there is a set of gates - go through those gates and go straight forward until you can only turn right - turn right and keep following this road (as it turns left, then right (in front of a row of garages) and right again). This will bring you to a small car park which is outside the Sportshall.

Directions (from Cardiff - traveling from Newport Road)

From the junction where Newport Road passes under Southern Way (A4161) follow Newport Road (now B4487) up the hill (mind the speed camera) and through the first set of traffic lights. Keep going, pass the Police Station and when you come alongside a short strip of shops get into the right hand lane and turn right at the traffic lights. You will be turning right (at those traffic lights) onto Wentloog Road (B4239) - follow this road down the hill. You will go through a "chicane" thingy and pass a pub on your right. Near the bottom of the hill (immediately before the Dead End roadsigns) turn left onto Greenway Road (it's the 6th road on the left). Follow Greenway Road approx 0.8 miles up the slight hill (through several "chicane" thingies) and take the fourth road on the right - Trowbridge Road.

From the East

Proceed along the M4 and exit at J29, A48(M). Continue ahead onto A48, Eastern Avenue. Travel for approx. 5 miles and after the Heath Hospital (on your right) proceed under the flyover onto Western Avenue. At next set of traffic lights (Tesco Extra turnoff) turn left into Excelsior Road. At the roundabout take the first left and immediate first right into Talybont.

From the West

Proceed along the M4 and exit at J32. Take fourth exit off roundabout (signposted City Centre). Continue ahead onto A470 Northern Avenue/Manor Way. Travel for approx. 2 miles and at the sixth set of traffic lights opposite Mujib's Bar and Restaurant keep in the middle lane. Proceed round the roundabout alongside the flyover. Take right hand lane under the flyover. Take the fourth exit off the roundabout onto A48 Western Avenue. At next set of traffic lights (Tesco Extra turnoff) turn left into Excelsior Road. At the roundabout take the first left and immediate first right into Talybont.
