Alternatively, please feel free to come along and speak to us in person - either at one of our training sessions or at one of our home matches. We train on Thursday nights in the sports hall at the Trowbridge Campus of Coleg Glan Hafren in Cardiff and we play our matches and train on some sundays at Tal-Y-Bont Sports Centre (see the "Directions" and "Training Times" pages for further details).
