Cardiff CELTS Wheelchair Basketball Club

The CELTS Wheelchair Basketball Club has a very active Committee that is dedicated to seeing the Club progress in a way which meets everyones needs.

Following the Clubs 2011 AGM the Club Committee for the 2011/12 season are :

Chair Person	Joanna Coates JCoatesMcGrath@cardiff.gov.uk	To ensure the Committee works as a team and is able to oversee the Club's interests. To prepare agendas/papers and conduct Committee meetings and ensure that the Committee's decisions are carried out.
Vice Chair Person	Wiley Martinez	To assist the Chairperson with their duties including planning meetings and dealing with correspondence.
Secretary	Caroline Matthews caroline.matthews@ntlworld.com	To assist the Chairperson and to ensure that notices of meetings or agendas are available as necessary. To take and distribute (where necessary) the minutes of the meetings. To deal with correspondence and ensuring people are notified and to send out publicitiy and any other information. To arrange the Club's AGM. To correspond with other Club's and Associations as necessary in order to arrange the Club's fixtures for the current playing season.
Treasurer	Brenda Annand ladyblenda@googlemail.com	To record all transactions that the Club completes and to give receipts for all monies received. To give the Committee regular financial reports. To prepare budgets for the Club and, if required, to arrange for an audit of the Club's accounts.
Welfare Officer	Sue Clelland susan.clelland@hotmail.co.uk	To ensure the Clubs Code of Conduct and Child Protection and Vulnerable Adult Policy and Procedures are complied with and to act as a point of contact in relation to issues regarding the welfare of young people and vulnerable adults within the Club.
Fundraising Officer	Claire John clairebubbles@hotmail.co.uk	To assist, manage and co-ordinate fundraising ideas and activities to raise money for Club activities.
Member-at-Large	Mo Khan mo_khan_551@hotmail.com	To help with specific projects and tasks and to assist other Club officers with their roles.

PLEASE feel free to approach any Committee member with any matter you would like the Committee to consider....we are always looking for new ways to improve!
